This is the most amazing helpful place I think I've ever been for glasses. They don't even take our insurance but have made sure that we could get glasses that were affordable and really amazing. The customer service is off the charts they are so sweet like family! I definitely recommend.
Amazing customer service! I am passing through Susanville and discovered one of the lenses in my vintage glasses had lost a very small, very specific screw. I walked in to the office and a very nice young man in a Hawaiian shirt, big plus :) ,asked how he could help. After I briefly explained the issue, he took the glasses and went into the back. Five minutes later he came out, cleaned my glasses and handed me my fixed glasses. I asked what I owed and he said no charge. Everyone in the office was very kind, friendly and happy, not only with/to me but everyone who came in and out. Over and above positive experience. Thank you Legacy Optometry!
I waited a few days before I posted this...went in your have glass adjusted .what a joke...this place has gone way down...the three employees that were working at the time was well, unprofessional, poor attitude, and seem to not care...I asked the two ladies working front counter how they were doing...response was, this is Disneyland.so much going on here ..who cares..I asked who can adjust my glasses..they both just pointed at a guy...he asked what can I fo gor you...adjust my glasses..he took them from me and started to bend from tight in front of me..im thinking wow I could do that..then hands them back to me and says here...I put them on and said Jesus christ can you wipe egg lenses..and said wow my glasses are worse now that an before I walked in..he just walked away from me...I made appt..thought bout it over weekend and made ip my mind...never going back there..no doctor around...have to do tell a med...that saying "cats away the mice will play" ..this place has gone way down hill....irs a joke and appears employees can care less...good luck word gets around...nothing like word of mouth...reno is not really that far away..that's where I'm going...good bye and good luck....there's more to the story...last year I got a new pair of glasses..Holly was in charge of office...I sure miss Holly...back to my story...got a new pair of glasses...today july 28, 2026 the pair of glasses from last year broke...now I've been wearing glasses for 67 years..never had glasses brake like this before..so now I can not wear the newest pair of glasses I got last year...just as I thought they would broke but not where they broke..Un real...so I had to fall back on a old pair..now wow I can see alot better with my old glasses..such a shame..i thought I would whrn this place opened up..i would by local..boy was that a mistake...you now the saying..buyer be ware....
My wife had her appointment over a month ago paid in cash in full upfront still hasn’t received her glasses was told some bs about the lab messing up the frames so she picked another one now we are almost into month two and they won’t answer or return our calls $600.00 and two months later and nothing to show for it worst optometrist ever
The absolute worst place I’ve ever been. It’s been two months and I’ve still not received my glasses. I paid cash upfront no bs they have been giving me the runaround and now won’t answer or return my calls. This place is a scam STAY AWAY!!!
