Quick, efficient service. Great selection of frames at a great price. A good variety of insurances accepted, including Medicaid (always check with your insurance company). The Medicaid frame options were plentiful, with the option to pay the price difference for upgraded frames. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes. Huge, clean, bright office in a location that is easily accessible in a strip mall with ample parking, usually right in front. The office will call to confirm your appointment and if you are running late. The front desk lady is nice once she warms up to you in an “auntiesque” manner that I find endearing. Good customer service from all staff. Dr. Keller is an old school optometrist. Glad he is still around ♥️. Would recommend and return. This is the type of office that a patient can enjoy continuity of care.
