New patient appointment for me . There was no waiting at all, I was taken back to a room immediately. The Tech was very thorough and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I didn’t wait long for the doctor, and he was very thorough and proficient. I was extremely impressed and happy with the care I received. Highly recommend.
The appointment scheduling and reminders were very good. The new waiting room in South Ogden was pretty full and small compared to previous facility, it felt a bit....cramped and chaotic, with people waiting outside to check in Maybe exceptionally busy Friday? It was my first time at their new office. As always the staff were amazing, from the check in people to the doctors and staff. I feel I got first rate care as always, Dr. Rupp is great, as are all his staff. Worth the wait.
My experience with Jonathan King has been great. I had doubts that I could adjust to the scleral lense and that my vision could improve much, if at all. I have been very pleased. The fitting of the lense has been so easy and comfortable. My long distance vision has improved greatly. Jonathan was patient with me and the process, and has provided much better quality of life. Quality of care was great. Loved seeing Dr Williams and his staff at the new location. Registration. Was a little hectic, but understandable with it only being the 2nd day of service I. This new location. The receptionist that helped us was very positive and acknowledged people as they patiently waited, letting everyone know that they would be taken care of soon.
