Truevision Eye Care

From booking my appointment to the eye exam, selecting my glasses, and finally picking them up, the entire experience was seamless. The new location in the same strip mall is beautiful and made the visit even more enjoyable. Darshni was wonderful and gave me honest, thoughtful advice while helping me choose my glasses. I never felt pressured and truly appreciated her expertise. My glasses also arrived much sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. When I picked them up, Debra couldn't have been sweeter. I had my two-year-old daughter with me, who was definitely acting her age, and Debra was incredibly patient and kind. She even found the last blue lollipop to give her, which absolutely made her day. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about their patients. I highly recommend them!

Dr Lylerly is wonderful. Very informative and caring person. I give her 6 stars. Calling to make the appt. was a little more challenging. It was Spring Break, and maybe other staff members were filling in, however, the chance after that encounter would have turned me away if it wasn't for the highly recommendation from my MD on Dr. Lylerly. The last person that I spoke with to follow up that my records had been sent was awesome, she worked with the practice's insurance and she was extremely informative and very caring.

I highly recommend Dr. Barnes and her team at TrueVision. I have a tricky prescription and Dr. Barnes took her time during my contact fitting to ensure I got the best fit. You can tell she cares about her patients and quality of care. The front staff and optician were also very knowledgeable and friendly providing a great experience all around.

It was my first visit to TrueVision on Leesville Road, and I had an outstanding experience. Dr. Barnes and her team were exceptional in every way. Their expertise, clear communication, punctuality, genuine care, compassion, friendliness, and even their joyful attitude made me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving excellent care. I have been seeing Dr Lyerly for years! I am very pleased with the professional care and concern she shows for not just my eye health but overall wellbeing. I recently had a fall that resulted in a concussion and she took the time to go over all my eye test and explain everything to me. Even said I would benefit from physical therapy for the eyes - which I must admit I had not been told about from any of my previous doctors! I will definitely be scheduling a visit for that which I am glad her colleague Dr Barnes does offer that service! Overall very pleased and have complete confidence in the doctors here!
