I saw Dr Ivey Thornton for dry eyes. I was waiting 50 minutes to see her entering to the room. I took her 12 minutes to talk and finished her visit with me. She was in rush, did not want to listen and care about patient's concern much. At the end of visit, all what she told me was read through the after patient's visit sheet with all the instructions I need for my treatment. It is crazy that I spent my time and money to see doctor to end up reading her paper instructions instead of her explaining and showing me. I was so confused and frustrated with this visit. I felt no help and experienced bad service here. Please do something with this cause it is not right that you let patient waited almost 1 hour then just 12 minutes rushing to talk to the patient.

Dr. Drakulich is an exception optometrist. She explains her findings throughly and reassures me if any differences in my acuity are present. Her intelligence, compassion and experience provide me with the confidence to proceed with recommended procedures. Recently, she diagnosed PCO after my cataract surgery and recommended follow up with my ophthalmologist. Yet again I have outstanding outcomes thanks to her diligence and referral. For those of us with severe myopia, it is a gift to have someone who understands our life long journey and challenge to view the world as clearly as possible. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Drakulich and her team.

Went for emergency appointment was told to get in car, I went as fast as I could. Forty minutes later when I arrived from Bellevue which they knew I was coming from I was told to late no appointment. Thanks a lot, today I am in ER, very disappointed with the lack of compassion. I hope whatever you were doing was worth it.

I had LASIK eye surgery 1 week ago with Dr Thorton. She and her staff were incredible, they made me so comfortable and use the latest technology available in the Midwest. It was so amazing to walk out of the office 30 minutes later with the best vision I’ve had since 3rd grade.
