Tso Fair Oaks

I had a wonderful experience at this TSO location in Fair Oaks. From scheduling my appointment on the telephone, to walking in the door with a greeting, to the assistant, the doctor and the optical assistant. Excellent attitudes and service all around! Dr Dennington was so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and explained everything so well. What makes them even better is that they participate in our VSP vision plan coverage and are a premier VSP doctor which offers more savings for our optical needs. I'm glad I switched!

nice office. easy to get in and out of parking lot. didn't need to wait. had up-to-date equipment. the tech was very efficient. liked to Dr. Nguyen, ophthalmologist. showed me the scan of my eye. explained everything. i will see them next yr for annual exam.

HIGHLY recommend after a fantastic experience!!! Front desk clerk was super friendly, resourceful and prompt. She went a step further and patiently helped us resolve an insurance issue prior to our visit. Next, Stephanie was the phenomenal tech that checked us in. She was attentive, kind & funny; helping our son be at ease after a negative experience last year. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and professional. And lastly, the staff member that helped us pick our frames was very courteous and helpful. Overall, I am very grateful to have met for this fantastic team

Great service and take care of me eye needs. Really work well with my insurance to both get me a great set of glasses but also took care of some warranty work on my current ones. Really helped me with a pair of glasses I really love. Eye exams are comprehensive and the doctor really explains things well and helped me understand my needs. I don’t ever feel like I’m being oversold. Front desk folks are really friendly and helpful with getting signed in and forms filled out. I always have questions with the forms and they keep a bunch of stuff on file so I didn’t have to fill out much on subsequent visits. Got my favorite pair of shades from here.
