This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had!!!! Her pressure was perfect, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and nice and quiet. Highly recommend. Eastern spa is a hidden gem. Book the appointment and thank me later!

It was my first time visiting this place and honestly the experience was pretty good. The environment is clean and quiet, which I really liked. The therapist was professional and the pressure was just right—not too soft and not too painful. They also checked in during the session to see if I wanted more focus on certain areas, which felt thoughtful. After the massage, my shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed. Pricing is reasonable too, and they didn’t try to upsell anything. Overall, it’s a solid place to go if you need to unwind. I’d come back again.
I had a mixed experience at this spa, but unfortunately the issue with tipping overshadowed everything else. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff were in the middle of arguing with another customer about tips. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially since they were pressuring the customer to leave a tip. During that interaction, they briefly attended to me and initially claimed I didn’t have an appointment, even though I had booked one in advance. Eventually, they accommodated me, but reduced my session from the 1.5 hours I booked to just 1 hour. The massage itself was actually good, which makes this even more disappointing. However, after the service, I experienced the same issue I had seen earlier. There was strong pressure to leave a tip, and I felt like it was taken without my clear consent. I ended up being charged a $20 tip that I did not feel comfortable agreeing to. Tipping should always be voluntary and based on customer satisfaction—not something customers feel forced into. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and left a negative impression overall. I hope the business addresses this, because the quality of service could be good if the customer experience and professionalism improve. I was there yesterday at 3:00 PM. You can verify this with your employee. I have also attached my email confirmation for your reference.
Anna took her time and first did a quick overview massage to see where I was hurting/what parts of my body needed attention. Then she made some recommendations and proceeded the massage. She was very thorough and did a quality job on working out my knots. I will be back for more.
Amazing Best Massage. Pressure was excellent, masseuse used great mix of deep tissue and stretching Thai techniques. I’ve had hundreds of massages and this was easily in the top 3
