Very disappointed with the customer service. I was treated dismissively during a simple interaction, and it left me feeling unwelcome. Basic courtesy and professionalism would go a long way. I’d bring my business elsewhere

I’ve been a patient of Dr Amos for over a decade now. He, Amber and the staff are the best in the business :)

Coming down the mountain with my windows down something flew into my eye. It was very subtle but hurt immediately. I’m in Huntsville on vacation so I Googled an ophthalmologist near me and found Dr. Amos at Cove Eye Care. They were able to see me immediately and Dr. Amos found the foreign material in my eye and was able to get it out. His office staff were all so sweet and kind to me (because I was in some pretty bad pain) and I sure appreciate it. The visit didn’t break the bank either. I was so glad they could see me - it’s rare these days that providers can take walk-ins. Dr. Amos explained every step he was taking and was very kind. Wish this office was closer to my home.

I've been going here for several years and I highly recommend it. Dr. Amos is on his game and always focuses on helping you instead of taking your money.....that's rare around here from my experience. His staff is friendly and thorough. I won't go anywhere else.

Excellent people working here. I now have the best eyeglass prescription I’ve had in a long time. Can see clearly and no eye strain. Much easier to enjoy reading again. Highly recommend.
