***Rude and terrible time management** Not sure how this place has a 4 star rating... my relative had an appointment scheduled for monday and got lost and couldn't find the parking deck. The dr personally spoke with her on the phone and was very rude. Mind you, she is elderly... so to prevent it from happening again, I offered to drive her myself (with 3 small children in tow). I figured since the dr was rude monday about her being a little late, he was probably very punctual with appointment times. Lord, was i wrong. Her procedure was scheduled for 9 am this morning. I had her here at 8:20. I went in a 1pm( with all 3 children) to check on everything and he still had her in pre-op... I do not recommend this place- Rude and terrible time management....

I've had 1 surgery on L eye, 2 on R eye, fixing to get R Cataract removed then L cataract 3 weeks later. Dr. Callahan is my doctor, and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future either. He's done a wonderful job on a not quite old lady. And kept me from going blind. Staff is polite and professional and get there jobs done due to large case loads. And I get someone to drive me here from Northeast Alabama town just for him to be my dr.

Nice staff. Quick triage…waited 2 hrs. Sat in the waiting room for an hour. No doctor. Finally brought back to room…another hour. No answers.

Callahan eye clinic has been such a great place to me. Dr. Locy is amazing at what she does. I've been a patient here since 2017 and these guys have been great. The whole team that was a part of my surgery had been just wonderful. Such professional and kind people. I'm extremely blessed to have these guys as my doctors.

My first appointment at Callahan Eye Clinic (in Birmingham) was today. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Dr Dudley's assistant is very professional and nice. And Dr. Dudley is amazing! She has such compassion for her patients and goes above and beyond. I used her when she had her own practice and chose to continue to use her as my eye doctor at Callahan Eye Clinic. I don't think I will ever use another eye doctor.
