We needed a quick eye appointment to get my son’s vision checked out for his school physical. The receptionist was able to get us in with Dr. Marcela Frazier. She was very thorough with his exam and with explaining everything to us. She was super sweet and very attentive! The staff was great as well. We will absolutely be coming back to see her. ❤️

I have always had an excellent experience at this office. Dr. Tyler Hall (unfortunately no longer with the office) was very knowledgeable and personable. His team was always very responsive and did their best to make appointments work with my schedule. I see other reviews made mention of long wait times, but I did not experience anything abnormally long as it relates to this, especially given that this is a specialist facility. Perhaps this is an issue that they have worked to resolve. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer others to this office!
I brought my 9 month old here for an eye exam, and the other (older) reviews made me nervous, but my experience was great and I thought it would might be helpful to other parents to share. We didn't spend more than 5 minutes waiting to be called into an exam room, and once there, the exam began immediately. I was in, out, and back to work earlier than I thought I would be based on the older reviews. I noticed most of them were posted at the start of the pandemic, so I don't know if this clinic was struggling for those reasons like other clinics were at that time, but it really seems like a great place to take your kids for an eye exam. The staff was great with my baby, and she seemed to genuinely enjoy the attention she was getting. Dr. Patel was wonderful, as was her assistant, Valerie. We'll definitely be coming back whenever we need another routine eye exam in the future.
Here we go my daughter and I arrived 10 minutes early prior to our appointment time. She had her eyes dilated and were sent to the lobby to wait for at least 45 min needles to say her eyes are becoming back to normal ..they called us back to wait more time we are currently watching Frozen I should have known we would be back here waiting additional time the movie is in the middle and still no one has arrived...this is ridiculous of the wait time our appointment was scheduled at 2:20 and we arrived here 10 min early..we left at 5. I guess the best part was the staff was friendly.
The care is adequate but the scheduling is horrendous. We've currently been here 4 hours for our appointment. They show utter contempt for other people's time.
