Walmart Kings highway eyeglass center.. five stars for Amand and asst. Chris. for quick and helpful service after the right arm broke off my glasses. I went in at 10:to see what could be done it didn't look fixable. and it wasn't. Chris went right to check my files and thankfully the pair was still under warranty. unfortunately that frame was no longer available in store she had to confer with Amanda. of course the problem being the lenses have to fit a particular frame and so.. Amanda had no solution but to go through each frame in store that lenses would fit. however long that might have taken. I don't know but I came back an hour and a half later and presented me with a new pair of glasses so similar to my original frame that I hesitated !! it had not been the first time Amanda helped me through a situation.... but that's who she is. the fact of the matter was that they both didn't hesitate to take care of me in that time while they still had customers.

The Vision Center at Walmart 3349 is a great place to go for your vision care needs. I personally found that Amanda and her staff offered patience, kindness, compassion and a listening ear with any vision questions or concerns, no matter how many questions or worries I threw at them. My prescriptions were affordable, and I actually found that I preferred the quality of my glasses done here than at another major competitor. If you're in the market for new contacts or glasses, or a second opinion, go visit the Vision Center at store #3349. Amanda and her staff will have you seeing clearly!

I've been purchasing my Eyewear from them for several years now. Amanda has been truly helpful!!! From my driving glasses to my computer glasses and now I have sunglasses ( a must for the FL sun). Amanda has cleaned and adjusted them for me even when I just walked in from shopping. Great customer service and customer care! Highly recommend

Amanda K was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about all my options regarding my frames, lenses and contacts. Initially I had issues putting in my contacts. She was very patient with me (even when I had lost all patience). She has become my go to person when it comes to all my vision needs not only for myself but my entire family. She is a true asset to the store.

I came into Walmart because Optical Outlets selection was not good. The staff at this location was so nice and helpful. They were able to help my 3 kids get glasses using their Sunshine. As a mom of 6, it is extremely hard to find a place that accepts all our insurance as we have 2 different insurances. I love that they were able to get 2 pairs each. No one ever explained the benefits to me before. The two ladies that helped me were very professional and patient with my children. They explained the benefits and the selection of glasses to choose from were decent as well. I will be coming back here from now on.
