I enjoy the new doctor he is very through, explains everything and very kind… but we do miss Jerilyn. As well as Cassandra. We feel the customer service has drastically decreased and almost unwelcoming. Sad to see this change as we’ve been very happy with them for years until recently which has changed my outlook.
Went in for my yearly exam and contacts and was sad to see there’s a new staff in there now. The new dr is nice and helpful with any questions or selecting the right contacts but i am not a fan of the new employee up front, the customer service is awful and very unwelcoming. I left there very displeased with how he treats the patients
Have been going here for a few years now. Dr. Jerilyn and Cassandra are always AMAZING. They take the time to ask questions and thoroughly explain everything. Service and follow-up is exceptional. Just took my 5 year old for her eye exam and she loved it. Highly recommend!
Best eye care I’ve ever received. Cassandra is like a good friend. Love to chat with her and yet she is extremely knowledgeable, efficient & professional at the same time. I always respect her opinion on frames. She has great style and offers options I didn’t think would work, and they always do! Dr. Prybell is in tune with my needs, listens so well and is very informative. She truly cares about her patients. And appears to be very passionate about her career. I would highly recommend Union Eyes Crystal Lake for your vision needs.
Everything about union eyes was fantastic. I easily made an appointment online. When I arrived I received a friendly greeting and got right in to see the doctor. She was very professional and took time to answer any questions I had. I ordered a new pair of glasses and received a lot of help picking them out. Then the best part was everything was free. I've told several union members to make an appointment. Everyone was great.
