They are very courteous friendly and knowledgeable. And I want to add very honest, because the eyeglass doctor I was at previous. The other day, was going to charge me a hundred and thirty two dollars for lens and union optical looked at my plan and said, no I there is no charge for lens. Because I have a ceiling amount that covers them..So I have switched back to union optical.
Tried this place because they took my insurance.. i had a stye on my right eyelid since june.. this lady squeezed my eye so hard and kept pushing my eyeball!! Then told me it was eye hygine!! Made me buy $40 worth of shit from Walgreens (I had already been using the lid wipe for weeks). 2 weeks later I decided to go to stat care and they put me on 3 different prescriptions! 2 are for my eyes and one is oral! This lady had no idea what she was talking about and I was so freaked out that she was squeezing my eye. She was also very rude and did not make me feel comfortable at all. Would never recommend to anyone.
Wonderful people very kind and ready to help you on the spot. Very accommodating very understanding and explanations are so clear. I absolutely love the people. The variety of frames are awesome. I’ve been going there for five years and never a disappointment. I would recommend everyone to go.
The staff was WONDERFUL! Accommodating , knowledgeable, efficient and definitely friendly. Made my 1st visit my new home for my optical needs. They had a pretty good frame selection.
Always professional and courteous. Their prices for glasses can't be beat. These guys are great!
