I want to highlight the excellent care and service I received at this medical office. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude that made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was also excellent—very professional, kind, and caring. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. You can tell they truly care about their patients and are committed to providing outstanding service. I highly recommend this medical office. Without a doubt, it's an excellent place to receive medical care, and I will definitely come back if I ever need their services again.

I could give Univida 5 stars. But I can't because of the physical therapy department. The person who schedules therapy appointments is insensitive to the patient's special needs and treats them poorly because she refuses to understand that a patient who can't walk, suffers from chronic pain, and experiences anxiety needs to have their appointments scheduled early. My relative is missing his therapy sessions and hyperbaric chamber treatment because they are scheduled late, coinciding with the activity center's lunch break, which he needs because he lives alone and is barely able to care for himself. When I try to explain, she tells me I'm being disrespectful. I wish someone could hear the call she made to me today around noon, where she says I've been disrespectful. I was simply explaining the need to schedule his appointments earlier, and she tells me he's already lost those therapy sessions. Last Tuesday, it was 9:30 a.m. [early], but by 11:40 a.m., she still hadn't scheduled him, and he had to leave. Even the hyperbaric chamber technician said that if he had been told, he would have scheduled him. But she mistreats my relative JB a lot. Afterwards, she tries to say that he's disrespected, which isn't true; that's how she tries to justify her bad behavior. That's recorded. She always acts the same way. For this reason, my relative is forced to stop therapy and has to go to another center where the treatment is excellent [at 64 and 8, excellent treatment]. The physiotherapy department is very important, and if this person doesn't do a good job, it directly affects the overall rating of the center. The doctors are excellent, and the activity center works excellently. Unfortunately, people like this affect the magnificent work of the entire team.
