United Health Centers - Reedley

Surprised this place had lower ratings. I recently switched from Clovis to Reedley and had a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and both doctors were professional and attentive. The only minor issue was with scheduling through the call center, but the staff explained the situation and helped me establish care at the new facility without any problems. They were also very efficient—there was barely any wait time, which was a pleasant surprise. As for the doctors, I definitely recommend Dr. Sohda. He was thorough, asked thoughtful questions, carefully reviewed my previous health history, and remained professional and to the point throughout the visit. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location.

Horrible experience here! I went in with a lot of pain, needed and extraction and doctor did not care one bit. They told me to come back the following week because they get limited time with each patient. I understand that but when it’s an emergency like this that’s just not ok. Didn’t seem to care one bit that I was in so much pain. They also told me that I didn’t have an infection and that I did not need antibiotics but when I saw a new dentist the next day they told me I had a bad infection which makes since with the amount of pain I was in. Situations like this can get bad really quick if not taken care of. This doctor didn’t care one bit and was so dismissive despite the amount if pain I was in. I will never return to this place and I’ll make sure to tell everyone what a terrible place this is. Zero compassion for people it’s crazy! Dr. Martinez do disappointed in your service!

Went in to have a filling put in and they didn’t want to do it due my blood pressure being high. I asked them to do it any way I will sign a form stating they can and the “doctor” said no. Also asked to do it without the medication and was told no again. Place is a joke. Never will I becoming to this “publicly funded” mess…if you don’t want to do your job, then don’t show up on a Saturday!

Dr. Kian Kaveh, DO is an outstanding physician and an absolute asset to United Health Centers. He has been my primary care doctor for over a year, and I can confidently say he is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctors I have ever had. Dr. Kaveh takes the time to truly listen. He never rushes appointments, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand your health and treatment options. He is thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being — something that is becoming rare in healthcare today. What sets him apart is his professionalism combined with empathy. He treats you like a person, not a number. Every visit feels collaborative, respectful, and reassuring. I always leave appointments feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care. United Health Centers is very fortunate to have Dr. Kaveh. He exemplifies what patient-centered care should look like, and I hope his dedication and excellence are recognized and rewarded. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physician who truly goes above and beyond.

1st off the chiropractor is lazy.i tolf him everywhere i needed adjustment..he simply adjusted my neck and said have a nice day...then they automatically made like 5 more appointments to see him . I had a seperate appointment for a scan to find a tumor..which was very important..thry scheduled me a chiropractor appointment the same day..when i canceled the chiropractor appointment they canceled my scan also..they suck
