The Ross Eye Institute was an exceptional experience. All eye medical exams were met and completed. A friendly and helpful staff. Even helped when one of the machines was not working properly. Dr. Singh was great. Explained everything and answered all questions asked of him. Helped explain what was needed in the future. Helped set up the next appointment with the retina specialist. Highly recommend this place.

I was pleased with the thoroughness of the care, and with the willingness of the caregivers to communicate information of my situation. I thought 3 hours wait was excessive, and would recommend having trays of snacks in the inside waiting room for patients who are sitting there well past mealtimes. A few celery sticks, and cheese and crackers would go a long way to soothing irritated patients who are probably worried about their vision. Thanks for the opportunity to air my opinions. I really like Ross. Say hello to Ronnie the receptionist for me tell her her dragon has found a good home!

I love Dr. Reynolds! He's is so good with my daughter. She has a lot of anxiety about going to doctors/dentists, but this doctor is so patient and kind to her, she trusts that he won't do anything to make her uncomfortable. He is also very smart, and knows his stuff. The staff as well as the residents could be a bit friendlier to the patients I feel. They weren't very welcoming or warm upon checking in, and while waiting for the doctor. It would make it a perfect experience if the staff were a little more friendly to us.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Reynolds since she was about a month old and he has always taken excellent care of her. We had to see another eye doctor once and the experience truly didn’t compare. He is caring, patient, and wonderful with children. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. If your child needs an eye doctor, he’s the one to see. I highly recommend him 10/10!

My first visit yesterday I was very annoyed. When I got there they told me I needed to fill out some paperwork that I had already done 6 months ago. they couldn't find the paperwork and I had to do it all over again. I waited for 3 hours and was not pleased with the doctor at all.None of the receptionist knew what we talking about. There were Clueless very bad for a doctor's office to be that way I'm concerned because my original paperwork had my Social Security on it. In any case I'll be going to a different eye doctor Ross Institute is just a hellhole.
