Awesome experience! Great location for area patients to see a University level provider. Staff are courteous and kind. Providers are very qualified and listen to your questions and concerns. Great communication before, during, and after appointments. Appoints are on time with no to minimal delays. Concierge care with questions about my lifestyle and work that may affect treatment options. The best Optho group I’ve worked with over the years!

Was very disappointed. Was referred by my Dr for a surgical procedure for glocoma. They called the day before and said they may need to reschedule because I didn't need to see the glocoma dr. I told them yes I did, so they called my Dr then called me back and said oh you have glocoma so it's right. Verified my ins etc said we will see you tomorrow. When I arrived this morning the girl said we can see you today but not after today because we won't be excepting united health care ins any longer. So I ask what would be the purpose of me seeing the dr today if I can't come back for the procedure. And why didn't you tell me this yesterday since I drove 42 miles to get here. I'm sorry sir. So I had to leave and go find a new dr

Matthew was so professional, kind and knew exactly what he was doing. He spoke highly of Dr Verma, which made me happy. I was totally impressed with Matthew. I am also very impressed with Dr Verma. He takes the time to answer all my questions in terms I understand. The entire Elizabethtown office was great.

Office was a little challenging to find. As a new patient, I was asked to be at an 8am appt 20 min early when a main door does not open until 8am. But after this, my visit was a good experience. The tech was very thorough with my field vision tests prior to seeing the Dr. Dr was very kind and explained everything to me. He was confident in what he does and made me feel I was in the best care.

This medical practice takes very good care of their patients. Dr. Kashkouli explains everything in easy to understand terms and has a wonderful support staff.
