I just had my first Urban Eye Care eye exam and it was probably the best experience I’ve had with an eye doctor and staff. I’ve worn glasses and contacts for over 40 years, so I’ve had a lot of eye exam history. First of all, Dr. K was very thorough, knowledgeable, and really took time explaining my eye health. On top of the usual eye exam, I had retinal imaging completed. He pulled the images up on the computer screen and explained in detail everything about my eye health. The staff were also great! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my vision insurance. I’ve had the same vision insurance for 10 years and they informed me of benefits that I didn’t know I have that my previous eye doctors never explained. I’m very happy that I found Urban Eye Care and will definitely use them in the future!
