I had an excellent experience at University Health Robert B. Green Campus. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth, and the facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had no idea where to start and was worried that I might frustrate the person helping me with all of my questions. However, Mary was absolutely amazing. Doctors & nurses are great. Great medical attention! Especially the cardiologist and her helper. .

I have been here 5 times, twice in the women’s clinic area and 3 times for diagnostic testing on the 2nd floor. It is always busy, but I have never waited long for any of my appts. Registration has been quick and each procedure seamless. I have always had friendly staff experiences. The one I had to wait the longest for was no one’s fault, I had to wait for several hours for a med to lower my heart rate to have a procedure done, but even then everyone was great and I was well attended to. Parking can be a challenge, but thankfully it’s free and downtown that’s hard to find.
