I visited Dr. Burgess as an emergency patient today. What a wonderful experience! Dr. Burgess was kind and empathetic. She took time to listen to my concerns, gave a comprehensive exam, and offered a solution to my issues. Her staff was kind and efficient, and so very welcoming. From the first minute I called for an appointment to the moment I left the office, I felt welcome and cared for. I’ve been coming to this office for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making every visit easy and pleasant. The doctor is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ensure my eyes are well cared for. I especially appreciate that she never tries to sell me things I don’t need and always provides honest recommendations. It’s refreshing to find a practice that truly puts patients first. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Burgess. It was by far the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She spent a lot of time asking me about my vision needs (how and when I use glasses) and areas where I needed improvement. She discussed various options for me from single vision, to bi-focal to progressive lens. I have often struggled with opticians rushing the "this or that, one or two" and leaving with inaccurate prescriptions. She did not rush that process and therefore I felt confident I left with an accurate prescription. The entire office staff was very professional and friendly.

Very happy. Service was so quick and everyone is so welcoming. Dr. Burgess is a great Doctor. Very personable and took time to explain what she did and what she could see. Felt very comfortable and confident with her!!!

Friendly office staff make it very easy to schedule appointments and there's minimal waiting time. Dr. Burgess takes her time with you , explains what she's doing, and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and approachable!
