To the lady at the front desk who was 100 percent rude and was 1000 percent disregarding the situation our appointment was canceled after we drove 45 min and i quietly explain the situation that our appointment had been canceled due to no reason. She could have cared less and was very disrespectful to me as i tried to calmly explain why i needed to see the doctor 6 months ago she was super helpful and kind today i looked a little different due to my hair falling out. She was rude nasty and unprofessional i never post reviews but the lady with the spiked hair at the front desk earned this one today where has kindness gone out the window at the Mill Creek Community Care

Valley Health is amazing! Wonderful providers and staff. I feel they're thorough, caring and spend the time to HELP.

This place is terrible. The Mill Creek office has rude, judgemental staff. They are unfriendly and unprofessional. They discriminate against people with certain health problems. They act like they are better than their patients. I dilliberatly take My family to the Elkins Location to avoid the unwelcome experience I deal with from the Mill Creek Location. They have many times violated hippa laws by sharing their personal opinions. They make you feel like you are nothing but an inconvenience. I wish this building would go out of business since they have no professionalism or kindness in the facility. If I could rate them zero stars I would!!! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Friendly staff, however they scammed me out of 75$ by creating a fake appointment.

The staff there are awesome. Everyone there was so nice, respectful and professional.
