I've been going here for over 20 years (formerly The Boy Smiths Vision Center). The staff is always understanding, friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue, but I'm confident if I did they would resolve it in a timely manner. I have high anxiety and am often uncomfortable with people being in my personal space, so I'm extremely thankful that they've created a personable environment where I can let my guard down. Dr. Dravitzki and his associates are respectful, knowledgeable and consistent in their care. The frames division's honesty helped me find the perfect frames to compliment my features and give me confidence when wearing glasses. I would and have recommended Valley Vision to friends, family, acquaintances and coworkers.

Dr Parker Faith has been my eye doctor for years now. Having sustained a traumatic brain injury, with eye problems, he’s been so thorough and gentle with explanations and treatment options. His bedside manner has been amazing with sensitive decisions

Over the years my family has seen various optometrist. I would say Valley Vision is simply the best. I am a physician in Ellensburg and recomend them to my patients and family because of the exceptional quality of care and bedside manner at this practice. I recently say Dr. Johnson, and was impressed with his knowledge and skill. Simply the best eye care available.

These folks are truly the best! Each time I've gone in, it's been such a pleasant experience across the board. Grom checking in, the eye exam (and pre), all the way through the picking out the "perfect" glasses and getting that perfect fit! Very friendly. Very helpful. 👌 And of course, I gotta shout out Dr. Dravitzki, because I was lucky enough to be scheduled with him after my last optometrist moved away (which I was super bummed about, because she was also great!)! I was honestly a bit hesitant about who I'd get next, because at the time, there wasn't another female dr, which I always prefer. And, well, Dr. Dravitzki made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable, explained things in a way that was easy to understand and follow, he knew what he was talking about, and really, he's just a cool dude! 10/10 recommend.
