Dr. Solseng is very knowledgeable and patient with my children. I'd say he has an "old school" way of checking eye health and doesn't always need the fancy equipment, (though, he does have and use it) but rather is able to determine eye health by sight and feel. This is great for kiddos who don't love eye exams. It is easy to get in for an appointment, often within the same week. Staff is helpful with glasses selection, fitting and insurance questions. They are welcoming, a place where you feel like family.

My husband had seen Dr Solseng for an eye examination. Dr Solseng and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. I definitely would recommend Valley Vision for your next eye appointment.

Dr. Solseng is very knowledgeable and caring, and communicates at a level that is easy to understand. On two occasions he and his office staff have gotten myself, and a family member, in very short notice for eye traumas on very short notice. You are never made to feel like you’re a burden or an inconvenience. If you want an optometrist who cares about you like family; I highly recommend Dr. Solseng at Valley Vision in Ada!

The physician and the ladies that work in the Ada clinic are a great group of people. My daughter and grandson had their check ups together and they were both treated with respect and actually enjoyed the visit. Thanks for making my children feel welcome and heard.
