Dr Brian Chow it’s the best! He’s friendly and calmly explains step by step and answers every questions and concerns. Ladies at the front office are always so nice and welcoming. Office it’s clean, but some chairs need repairs. Overall great experience. I recommend Eye Care and Dr Chow to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the appointment was on time. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and received outstanding care. Thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend this eye clinic to anyone looking for professional and caring eye care.
I had eye surgery a few weeks earlier at the east Vancouver clinic today was my follow up appointment and I called ahead of time to learn if my eyes would be dialated so I could determine if I need to bring a driver with me I was told no as it was just a follow up, but that turned out to be untrue. I managed to drive home very slowly to avoid the freeway. Also, my appointment was at 10 am, and after two different groups of testing, and 3 different waiting rooms (one for 40 minutes) I finally saw Dr. Gurdian, who was fine, detailed and knowledgeable l, but he hadn't even looked at all those tests (I asked then he looked). He spent about 10-15 minutes with me and I finally left 2 hours after arriving (noon) - after an extremely long follow-up which I was not expecting. Advance instructions would’ve been helpful especially re dilation and the need for a driver, please!
Decent place, Dr. Chow was friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe it was a weird day when I went, but the front desk people and the tech just didnt seem happy? Or at least semi friendly or welcoming. I understand it can get busy but at least be more courteous to your patients, you are the first faces we patients see walking in.
Great team, great place, great experience. Vancouver eye care is my go to place for glasses and contacts and for a good reason, every-time I have visited them it was a quick service with all my questions answered and assured. The team is helpful and friendly and you can tell the staff knows what they are doing
