⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at this eye clinic! My son got special overnight contact lenses here that he wears while sleeping to help control his vision. Since he started using them, his eyesight has stopped getting worse, and we are very happy with the results. The doctor is excellent — very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m very grateful for the care my son received and highly recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone looking for excellent eye care, especially for children!

The doctors who saw my son and I were very kind and thorough and answered all of our questions. The staff who did the preliminary procedures were fantastic as well. Not a huge selection of glasses and all of them are very expensive, over $200 (if there were discount frames, they don't display them). We ended up spending almost $800 after insurance for new glasses, but that's probably just the way the world is headed. Overall great experience and I would go back.

Our family has been using Vancouver Vision Clinic for eye care 18 yrs. We have enjoyed seeing Dr Patel and Dr Morton. The team takes a holistic approach and truly cares about patient care. Great office and great people.

The office staff is nice and the doctor I saw was thorough along with her technician but, when I went to check in they said the doctor might want to do optic images and they’d be $45 extra, I figured when asked I’d declined like I did last time I was in, when I told the technician I’d like to decline she said they are mandatory for the office now and that they’d waive the fee this time but not next time.. not sure how they can make it mandatory and then charge extra for it? Anyways, today I get a text about a balance for the $45, them trying to charge me for the Optic images, I texted back letting them know the technician said it would be waived and they took it off. It just seems very scammy to try and charge people. if it’s mandatory charge Insurnace. The gal working at the glasses area wasn’t friendly seemed like she didn’t want to be working but all the other staff was great.

Today I had my first appointment with the Vancouver Vision Clinic. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Got an eye exam with state of the art equipment and left with placing an order for a new pair of glasses. Thank you VVC! Keep up the good work!
