We went to their Sauk Centre office and nothing is wiped down or cleaned. Their frames are filthy even though they normally see elderly patients. We had to beg for glasses for our children even though my daughter's glasses were too tight for her and lenses all scratched. I've been there twice and still don't have a decent pair of glasses. Luckily my 20 year old pair still works or I'd be falling over stuff. We were there for 4 appointments and not once did the doctor wipe down any machines. Even the machine that barely gets used was never wiped down before I was told to use it. They even use old, rickety office chairs for clients to sit in to use the machines. They just act like they don't care and the technician is horrible on the phone. She literally yelled at me for asking them to check these 20 year old pair of glasses that they force me to still wear.

They care and listen unlike centracare clinic in long prairie. If not for them I'd still be dealing with multiple swollen glands in my face and neck and internal styes, because the doctors at centracare don't care enough to fully check you out.

Our experience with Dr John Larson was very good.He took time to answer questions that we had. Also he was honest and didn’t try to sell me a pair of glasses I didn’t need& told me I can continue to use reading glasses from local store and what strength I needed for my eyes.Thank you!

Excellent eye care, everything was very clean, I think Dr Larsen said " over twenty years of caring for eyes." Wonderful!
