Absolutely phenomenal experience at this lens crafter. I was buying my husband a pair for our anniversary and I don’t own glasses so I wasn’t aware of all that was involved in it! I originally called into the store and Carla assisted me, she was able to address my concerns about the particular Moncler frame we were looking for and the size adjustment. Jessica the general manager, took us in kindly and thoroughly delineated the differences in the lens and the brand’s appeal. Orlando and Tyler, two other reps in the store were amazing as well. Tyler being our first point of contact, giving us a feel for what we were looking for without the pressure of buying now. While Orlando, took us through his personal journey of glasses giving insight into what would work best for us. We were only here for the weekend to celebrate each other and from start to finish it was a tailored and informative experience. Plus the Labor Day discount was the cherry on top! Jessica was outstanding! She truly went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. I’ve always been limited when it comes to sunglasses options because my prescription is so strong, so finding eyewear that I actually love has always been a challenge. Jessica made magic happen! Karlen was very helpful I came in to have my glasses, but she repaired them and cleaned the lenses and was very courteous towards me and it was very quick. I would recommend all of my friends to come to this particular LensCrafters located in the Florida mall, Orlando Florida .
