The store was clean and well organized, and I was able to find most of the items I needed easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during checkout.

This location need to conduct training on customer service. It's not every associate but some individuals need to sit down and do the training or disciplinary action need to be taken. Also, help me understand why the Similac is locked up. There is a camera watching us but no button for us to call for help to alert an associate. Then thousands of associates are walking past us because they do not have the key, then when they do acknowledge you they state how someone should be in the clothing department with the key, but that individual is never found. So then when we go to the front to get someone then we ( the customers) receive attitude or we have to wait an addition 20 mins for the front staff to come to the similac to assist us. Here is a suggestion, instead of having the similac locked up. just keep it at customer service, have them check us out there and then you all would not have to be "Short staffed" up front. If the Similac is locked up due to theft then Walmart should hire loss prevention. I find it funny how TARGET in willowbrook does not have none of their formula locked up but WALMART does. When stores have these things locked up it makes me wonder what type of establishment this is and/or if I should take my dollars elsewhere. Horrible experience!
I read the negative comments before I went in and have to agree with them. I feel when you go to a store it should be inviting and wanting to shop there. The blue carts rolling thru the store tells me how lazy people are to do their own shopping. The whole feeling of the store has a negative feeling that made me leave and not get the things I went there for which is a shame. Needless to say that will be the last time I shop there. I would rather go to a positive setting that's inviting me to spend my money.
I regularly shop at the Walmart Supercenter and overall it’s a convenient place for everyday needs. The store has a very wide selection—groceries, household items, electronics, pharmacy, and seasonal goods—so it truly works as a one-stop shopping destination. Prices are generally affordable, and there are frequent rollback deals that help save money. The pharmacy and pickup services are also helpful when you want a quicker, more efficient shopping experience. However, the store can get quite busy, especially during evenings and weekends. Checkout lines and self-checkout areas sometimes take longer than expected due to high customer volume and limited staffing. At times, aisles can also feel crowded or not fully organized. Customer service is mixed—some employees are very helpful and friendly, while others seem overwhelmed during peak hours. Parking is usually easy, which is a plus. Overall, this Walmart is practical and budget-friendly, but your experience can depend on the time of day you visit. If you go during off-peak hours, it’s much smoother and more enjoyable.
Shame on Walmart. My girlfriend and I came to Walmart on 8/22/26 and noticed they had Pokémon cards in stock. She purchased her allowed limit as one customer. When I tried to make my own separate purchase, the manager attempted to refuse the sale simply because we were together. We are two separate customers making two separate purchases, and each of us should be allowed to purchase up to the posted customer limit.Customer Service knew I was in the right and completed my purchase because they recognized that I was following the limit, she still had an attitude towards me because I was a buying customer?? Kind of weird…. Do better walmart it’s not that serious. Very disappointing that the manager (Angelica) tried to enforce the purchase limit incorrectly. Joshoua you have to train your people better.
