The front desk associates were friendly and helpful, but my one complaint is about my lenses, It has taken 3-4 times returning, attempting to wear the new lenses to adjust, returning again, over and over and the prescription was incorrect each time (At the time of writing this I am on try number four) I have a double astigmatism and nearsightedness, I would not recommend this provider if you have a prescription more complex than simple nearsightedness/farsightedness. It got to a point where I just had them pull my prescription from my old provider and use that, and they still adjusted the old prescription without informing me. Would not recommend at all.

I highly recommend Dr Kang! He and his staff have been wonderful! Dr Kang is the first eye doctor I have seen in a long time who I have felt really cares about his patients! Thank you Dr Kang and all of your staff!

I definitely don't care for this doctor office. Everyone there have really bad attitudes and very disrespectful. No one should have to deal with the crap that they put their patients through. I recommend going to another eye doctor.

My mom had her first appointment recently and had the most amazing experience! She described the office as clean and modern and the staff as kind and knowledgeable. According to her, Dr. Kang is wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. She will continue to utilize their services! Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Ms. Kim has worked very hard to help me adjust my glasses and gave me the knowledge that helped me get used to my new progressive lenses. Dr. Kang was wonderful as well. I am very happy with the experience and will continue to use them.
