Today was my first visit to Village Vision Center and I was very impressed. I found them through my VSP vision coverage site. The facilty looks brand new (3 years old) and is very spacious. Everyone on the staff, from the receptionist, to the PA, to the Dr, to the Eyewear specialists were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of frames to choose from and the entire experience was excellent.
I had a great experience during my yearly eye checkup. The doctor was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the appointment process was smooth from start to finish. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered patiently. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care and a caring team.
I’ve been going to Village vision center for years they have all my history. They are professional and friendly the lobby is spotless the doctors knowledgeable, and very caring. They have all update equipment to test your eyes. I recommend this place to everybody. My whole family goes there if you want a great place to take care of your eyes this is it.
Very clean, friendly, and efficient. Very comfortable experience. Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Personally. Who started the appointment was robot sounding like they were reading off a notecard. Or explain to me like I was a child. “Now I’m going to wipe the machine, next I’m going to place your glasses here..” now we are going to walk down the hallway” just odd. But the office was really nice and the doctor was great. Loved my experience and I’ll be back.
Everyone I interacted with was incredibly welcoming and explained all processes. Dr. Jacob was great going through the eye exam, discussing things to watch out for and preventative measures. I would highly recommend Village Vision Center.
