Vincent Piccione OD (inside Pearle Vision)

I LOVE the staff at Pearl Vision East Colonial. Always kind and helpful. BUT I quit going to the Optometrist at Pearl Vision, which is a separate entity from the store. I went online to make an appointment, and my provider was no longer there. No one from the clinic or corporate called to tell me she passed away. I understand there are many patients in these types of clinics that come and go. I would not expect them to reach out to all. But you should pull a report of all the patients that have been coming yearly for a long time. I loved Dr. Pauline Nguyen and had been seeing her for more many, many years. They did not have the courtesy to let me know she passed. I left a message letting them know I was upset, no response. You can get your eyes checked at any clinic and take your prescription to Pearl Vision. I promise they have been giving me the best customer service for over 10 years.

The best thing about Pearle Vision is hands down the amazing care and customer service from Vann. Vann goes out of his way to help you and make you feel comfortable and welcome. I will recommend Vann and Pearle Vision to all of my friends and family. Thank you Vann for going the extra mile it is appreciated!

After calling two other Pearle Vision stores I called this one at the Fashion Square Mall. As the saying goes, The third time is a charm. I worked with Vann and he was awesome. His knowledge and help in choosing new glasses was the best. I think these will be the best glasses I've ever owned and make online shopping a bad idea, for me at least. The store is about 45 minutes from where I live, but it will be the only eyeglass store I and my wife go to from now on. Totally worth the extra time in the car. Thank you Vann and Pearle Vision!

I believe the service was amazing. I had to wait a little while before making my decision to get a new pair of glasses, and they did not rush me or push me to purchase them the same day. They were very informative about the type of glasses and the prescription I was getting, and how it was going to work for me. I am very grateful for the service.
