This was my first visit visit to to Virginia Eyecare Clinic and seeing Dr. Amanda. I was very impressed from check in to check out. Everyone of the staff was friendly and did an amazing job. Dr. Amanda's office gives you a very thorough eye exam and that is one thing I love. I'm so glad I made the appointment with them, I have found my forever eyecare clinic.
Excellent service from everyone there. Very good at explaining things so you understand what all they're doing. I will never go anywhere else for my eye care!
Could not beat the service here. The lady who helped me order my prescription glasses was awesome and made sure I was happy before leaving. Love the Dr and all the staff!
If you want respectful an very friendly environment Virginia Eyecare Clinic is the place to go to! I had an emergency with my right eye and they worked me in very quickly that day. Dr. Amanda is very dedicated she doesn't stop until she knows forsure the underlying cause or what the issue is. She actually listens to you an she doesnt judge or rush out the room quitly SHE ACTUALLY LISTENS AND DOESNT JUDGES you on whatever the case maybe. From the time you walk in the door til the time you leave you are gave all smile an great hospitality good conversation in between important questions these woman at the desk makes you fill like how you should be treated and talked to when you come into an office of any kind. They help you find your perfect fit for your style whats the best for your budget. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would definitely give them 10! They got my son in the same day after having forgotten bout the original apt & not showing at all. There was hardly any wait time since walking in the door or between going thru the different rooms & waiting for the doctor. I think we was there maybe 30 mins minus my son tryna pick out a pair of glasses but that should be another whole review considering how picky my child is.. tori I think her name was tho had the upmost patience with him & kept trying different ones she even went in another room and found 3 different pairs & praise God he loved the ones. All the workers were super welcoming , kind & professional. I used these guys before in the past & really had forgotten how amazing they truly are. All my family will be taking care of our eyes at this place & I highly recommend you do the same ☺️
