Emailed the company as I had an issue with the assembly of my glasses causing the lens to clip. I received a return email and phone call at which time the issue was fixed. Staff is very courteous and responsive. Thank you
We always have a great experience at Vision 4 Less, but I especially want to recognize Bobbi. She is consistently so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I’m unsure which glasses look best on me, Bobbi takes the time to offer honest advice and makes me feel confident in my choice. That said, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. Great customer service all around. Connie & Clifford 😎
Bobbi helped me and she was AMAZING!!! She was a supremely nice, knowledgeable and kind lady!! She went to amazing lengths giving me excellent feedback on frames and lenses I was choosing and listened to EVERYTHING I asked for to help me choose what I wanted! At first I thought I could only manage getting sunglasses with bifocals but she helped me with a discount and insurance to get my regular glasses as well!!!! I was astonished to find out I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for anything. It may me cry a little I was so touched that she made it all so doable. THEN they were done in 38 minutes!!! Wowza! Incredible!!! And to top things off the sunglasses frames were missing a screw and wouldn’t sit on my nose right so she fixed them a said she ordered a NEW pair of frames to replace them. I’m tickled beyond PINK!
They did a wonderful job in helping pick out glasses that looked great on me. Everything went smoothly, and so far, I am very happy with Vision 4 less. I highly recommend them.
I got new glasses here and was delighted with the service.A special shout out to Bobbi who was very pleasant. My insurance covered the cost, so no out of pocket. My glasses fit great.
