I was really over charged and no answers to why.. I had been there before and pricing was on point. They didn't get don't in an hour!! My sunglasses weren't even dark. So I had to take them back and have them darkened.
Cathleen was very helpful with selecting the right frames for me. She was friendly and patient. She even pulled 3 more pair that I didn’t notice. I never felt rushed. She was sweet to my busy child and even let her try on frames and answered her questions like she was a valued customer as well. My new glasses were ready in 23 minutes! It took longer for my pizza order than it did to get my new glasses! My prescription is perfect and my frames fit well and feel better, being a lighter pair than my previous ones!
Staff was very helpful. They were very busy but the waiting period was not long. They get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The person who helped me was Eugenia and she was awesome. She explained all my options and was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back here for future services.
I've had good experiences here in the past. But this time the lady waiting on me misrepresented the frames she sold me. The entire conversation centered around having 2 identical frames so the lens could be swapped out if the frame had problems. I told her I wanted the exact same Shaquille O'Neal frames that I got before with 1 thing different. The ear pieces on my previous glasses was to short. The pair they had on the shelf was longer, I asked her would this be the same length earpiece on my new ones, she said won't be a problem. Glasses came in the mail because I opted for the darker transition lens. SAME SHORT EARPIECES. Called her to discuss this, she insist she never said those things. She most certainly did. Why would I want extra frames that nothing fits!!! Going else where or waiting there before I pay next time. Beware of the one with a limp.
Pam rocks! They were extremely busy when we were there yesterday and she was able to calmly control new traffic coming through the door all the while helping with the flow at the front desk & helping me pick out my glasses & billing my insurance. Sharp employees like that keep a business running smoothe & capitalize on the profitable heavy traffic, rather than stressing & being terse like you see a lot these days. Kudos to Pam!
