Dr. Emily is amazing. She saw me same day as I was passing through town bc I was having an eye emergency. She took her time and listened to what was going on & truly cared. The following day I was seen by an eye Dr at the Cleveland Clinic who told me not to do what Dr. Emily said and blew my very scary situation off as dry eye (which it was not). I stuck with Dr. Emilys recommendation and my eyes have really improved.

The receptionist laughing when advising they are taking new patients but not new patients with my insurance was crazy to me. Do better. This is a medical office, not a store at the mall.

If I need glasses or an eye exam, this is the place I go to. They are very professional and helpful in picking out the glasses and measuring, and all sorts of questions are answered. Their exams are very thorough. I won't go anywhere else.

The whole staff here is very helpful and friendly and Emily is the best. She takes her time with her patients and thoroughly explains everything to you. She even goes above and beyond to help her clients out. Support a small hometown business and you will get the customer care you are looking for and more!

Great place for all your eye related issues! I like a friendly front desk staff and gentlemen helping to pick frames. Dr. Hosack is very attentive to her patients!
