Dr. Gambini and the entire team at Vision Associates are very helpful and thorough. They have extended hours during the week and can always get us in relatively quickly if something comes up. The teams behind the desk and opticians are just as helpful and patient, many speak multiple languages and are great with all ages. They don’t pressure you to order through them, but have a great supply of options.

I been going into this practice for many years, always had a great and satisfying experience but this time around staff is different and seem careless. I purchase a brand new frame and lenses paid $484.00 and when I came to pick up the glasses they just handed me the glasses and I ask where is the case, there is no case, I said hmm I just purchased these last week and there is no case? So then the staff gets someone from the back and another lady comes out with a small bag that had a cloth and a lense cleaner and says we don’t have cases for your glasses you can just grab a case from the front. Mind you this frame is almost 300 they received new frames for this same brand and there was no case. I was give a kids eyeglass case and ended up purchasing another one from the website the glasses are from.
This used to be the most customer-service friendly eyeglass store. I am - or was - a long-time customer. Now, you can't even get someone to answer the phone. Literally. They just don't answer and they force you to leave a voicemail and they call back whenever they feel like it, if at all. The newer opticians are very grumpy and unhelpful and the price you pay for lenses depends on who you get that day and how much of a discount they feel like giving you. You were doing it right! How do you ruin something so good so easily?
I have been going to Vision Associates for over 30 years and always have been happy with their service . Everyone acts highly professional . I highly recommend them.
