Great place for eye care. Dr Kline is very accommodating and Victoria always goes above and beyond to help. Got my glasses fast, great availability for appointments. Would recommend for eye care needs.
Been going here over 9 years this time was totally different rushed, receptionists disrespectful rude concerned about future weather instead of focusing on me (customer) approached counter she looked at me said what? in condescending tone usually after doctor hands receptionist paper work need info for next step, her response I just got paperwork, and now I need next move let someone know I need to look at new glasses DUH! Asked if I had pictures taken again little confused why asked shouldn't she know by looking at paper work ? She tried to charge $43 I questioned charge then she looked oh it says zero! I drive twice 25 miles each way here because I use to feel important as a patient. When I make last trip to receive new glasses will look for new service closer to home with professional service places are dime a dozen they need satisfied patients for buisness success,jobs and survival. Good Luck Feel bad for DR Kline in the DE-KLINE of customer service.
My family and I have been patients here for abt two years I have never been to a worst place as far as respect for time and scheduling they make u make appointments for everything and you wait 30 more mins even when you are early I am still waiting on a pair of contacts since August 2025 and have gotten trial pairs ever since never a proper prescription Asked abt getting lasik and I apparently can’t because of how bad my vision is Please don’t bother coming here as a full time employee mother of two with no time to waste these ppl incompetent at best
I have been coming here for over 10 years. I have never had such bad experience. Hate that service has gone down hill. Please do better. Wait times are longer, phone calls being put on hold or asked to call back.
I was completely blown away by the outstanding treatment we received yesterday from the entire staff at this establishment including at the front desk and the doctor. Wow! Ms. Pat should be especially recognized for her special caring attitude, kindness, professionalism, and patience. What an incredible asset she is to this practice! Thank you for taking such good care of us.
