Everyone was very friendly and professional, but I did not like my prescription. I didn't feel like the changes made were explained to me, (My husband looked at the prescription and told me I had "reading" glasses for the first time and I had no idea). And when I called to say I didn't like them, I was told to wait until my eyes adjusted. (I believe that is fairly standard). My eyes mostly adjusted, but every morning I put them on I would have to adjust again. When I put my old glasses on one day I realized there was no adjustment in the morning and I have not gone back. So now it's too late with the insurance to go back to my old prescription and I just feel kind of like I am back where I started but short a couple hundred dollars on frames that I won't use.

I was their about a month ago & the lady with the black hair was rude and had an attitude problem when I tried to tell her that I already felt the form out, then what did she do is asked the questions I already answered. The ladies that measure your eyes were very nice & the Doctor was very nice. They need to advise this lady that the customers pay her salary. I am not sure if she was being rude because I am African American. One Bad Apple can spoil the whole bunch.

Called front desk to get a copy of the scripts the lady at the front desk said to me well didn’t we give you a copy when you left. Um excuse me losing it. Her entire attitude was funky. She was rude and even though I like this doctor. I probably won’t return.

The customer service number is the same number that refused to discuss the matter and hung up on me twice. Wife and I both bought glasses. One pair was ordered incorrectly and they completely screwed up billing to our Medicare cards. After all the B.S. and a trip back to try and correct, they took off the price of one of ours tests as a discount for all the trouble they caused. Two months later we get a bill for the discount. Called the Pleasant Hills office to complain and I was hung up on twice. Said they are not going to discuss the issue. Two customers lost
