I have always appreciated the care me and my family have received from staff at Vision Care at the Brown. Today I had exceptional help from Kyle navigating the craziness of my insurance. He really took the time to help me and provided me with resources to follow-up on. I couldn't ask for a simpler interaction. Made my day Kyle Cheers to a job well done!
When I called to make the appointment, Kyle was so warm and receptive- something that you definitely don’t get in customer service anymore! His positive mood changed my mood and I was more excited to come in and meet him. His aesthetic was on point and the conversation was fun. Keep him around💥 He’s a whole vibe.

Kyle was such a pleasure to work with, he was able to help me with myself and 5 kiddos. He was knowledgeable and happy the whole experience!! Will definitely be happy to work with him again!
I absolutely love going here!! On my recent visit was greeted by Kyle whom I absolutely love! He made me feel welcome and made my day, I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Santos! And last but not least had the best laughs picking out my glasses with “T”. I had amazing service today which is something that is few and far between!! Thanks guys!!
