Dr Inboden is amazing. Ordering contacts was a horrible experience. My daughter’s eye exam was December 12, 2025. It is now March 25, 2026 and no one can tell me where my contacts are. Bonni was no help at all. Definitely would not recommend ordering contacts from them. My daughter has been out of contacts for almost 4 months now. Unacceptable.

The new building looks awesome and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and detail oriented. From my personal experience, Dr. Inboden is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain your prescription and answer any other questions you might have!
The eye exam part was fine when my glasses came in the first time I told her they were off. Something was bad wrong with them. I couldn't even read the paper in front of me at all so she kept trying to tell me it's going ahead and take them with me and where. I'm a few days so my eyes can adjust and I kept telling her there's no way they won't work. Sent them back. The distant vision is still kind of something's wrong with that. The bifocals one of them I can see with the other one I got to turn my head to the side just a little bit to look through it so they're not right. The second time it's been 3 or 4 weeks. My work glasses are still not come in. This is a Friday I called it shows they're open but when you call it says they're closed. On Thursday I called at 3:30. It shows they're open till 5:00 but it said they were closed so they need to fix their hours. It's just been a really bad experience and I won't be going back
