My first visit here. I found the staff very caring, efficient, friendly and with a good team work. I was attended to by Jake Delis OD, a pleasant person and his team. understood my emergency and need and provided me first slot immediately with Dr Barbara Schroeder MD. after this weekend. The entire staff at VCO is patient centered and clearly dedicated to providing excellent care. Questions are answered (some even before the patient knows to ask) in an understandable manner. Dr Megan Delis and her team consistently provide superior patient care.
First of all the place was very clean, and the staff made me feel comfortable, from the time I waked in, to the nurses who worked with me. My doctor was very thorough with her examination, and I was happy to hear that my eyes were doing fine. I was very pleased with my visit.

The Dr & staff are well equipped to do their job. I was flabbergasted that I had to pay an additional $50 or make another appointment for a separate day to obtain the prescription from my granddaughters appointment. That is asinine & utterly pathetic.
