I appreciate that Dr Ray was very interactive. She explained to me all the tests and results, sometimes even before I ask. The all-women crew was cheerful, accommodating and helpful with all my many other questions.
I came in for glasses and a contact lens exam as a first time contacts user. Pricing is transparent and the staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They taught me how to use the contacts and I left feeling confident that I could put them in, take them out, clean, and store them properly. The team here genuinely cares about what suits your needs and budget best. 100% recommend!
Had my first visit here to establish myself as a patient. Front staff is kind and knowledgeable. The pre-examination was smooth and they walked me through the process step-by-step. The exam with my doctor was thorough and comfortable. Before I left they made sure I knew my benefits for eye care and eyeglasses.
The Women here are absolutely amazing, if you are looking for people that actually care and will take the time with you...especially through the eye exam where it can feel like a test that is harder than it should be. They made it painless and made sure it was done right. I seriously can't recommend them enough.
