Was able to get a same-day appointment via call, the service was great and everything went flawless. The optometrist was particularly meticulous in his care and diligent during the exam. There's a form you need to fill at first which took about five minutes.
Optometrist was great. Office manager was the rudist women I have ever met in my life. Refused to give me my prescription so I could go elsewhere. Lenses where defective. Never encountered this level of offensive unprofessionalism in any private sector. Only a fool would spend money here.
Without even meeting this doctor or stepping foot through the front door, the front desk lady is inexcusably rude. My encounter with her alone is the sole reason I will not be receiving care here and will instead have to seek better receptionists/care in ABQ. Disgusting behavior honestly

This place has horrible customer service. They are rude and disrespectful. If you don’t want to work there find another job. You don’t need to be rude to people. The doctor seemed nice but they seem mean to him to. I would definitely find someone who wants to work there. Not the rude staff that is there now. Disgusting
