Took my son for a vision test and glasses. I explained before the visit that my son is autistic and that its best to schedule a longer appointment. They did, they all were very patient, calm, understanding, friendly, and they have an amazing eyeglass collection to choose from. I was very impressed with the thorough testing that was done and level of care and comfort. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience fantastic and stress free for him. 🙏

Dr Anderson seems to be a good Doctor. It's the front desk that's terrible! She kept telling me that I have Medicaid and I don't. I provided my insurance card several times and it either never got corrected or it's the woman who sits at the desk across from the back entrance that doesn't know what she is doing. She has been so rude. She told me several times I have no coverage and to sit down and wait. I had my exam got my prescription and wanted to order my lenses using the frames I already have. She could not understand that. They did submit my bill for the exam and it was paid by my insurance. Such a crazy experience I will never be back! All I needed is reading glasses after cataract surgery. I went to Walgreens and purchased $25.00 reading glasses. They would have been paid up to $250.00.
This is the best eye clinic around! Everybody is SO friendly.. the exacta are thorough, yet simple and quick. I will never go back to at other vision clinic!
I had an experience when my new eyeglasses did not come into the time I was told after weeks I spoke to one of the managers she resolved it if anyone have issues please contact her name is Melissa and I would recommend if there's any issues to contact her I am very pleased and I recommend for people still to go there for their eye care and I want to thank her so please if you have not been there before this is Eye care facility that I recommend.
First time at the clinic and I had such a wonderful experience! Dr. Bruce Savin is the best ! He is such a kind and genuine soul! We had great conversation the whole time! He was very knowledgeable in his field and answered all my questions and concerns. I am so happy to have found this clinic ! ^_^
