Great service!!! The doctor and her staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and especially friendly. They took a very good care of my uncle. They also have a great collection of glasses. We highly recommend this store!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Haven't even stepped foot in the office but judging just by the phones customer service... this place is amazing. The lady attending me answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was covered. What all was covered and the whole process of making an appointment and what to expect upon arrival. Sweet patient staff.

I came here several times over the years for service and every year my family and I was treated different. The customer service went from great to worse. I decided to decline bringing my family here when the MD who perform the eye exams became rude over the phone. That just showed me, if the Owner is disgusting with her patients, then she doesn't deserve my money. (I'm not going to go into detail what happened....but I will advise any new patient/s who are seeking a new eye doctor to read the reviews prior to setting an appt)

Dr. Opara is a great eye doctor. Staff is very nice and customer service focused. Glasses are always perfect and prices are very reasonable. My husband and I are very pleased.
