If you have any sort of advanced vision or benefit needs, choose another office, as they don't want to deal with it. Despite assuring me there was no problem and they'd communicate any issues, the admin staff completely dropped the ball on ordering contact lenses via insurance, leaving me hanging for four weeks as I'm down to my last pair of contacts. I follow up to find there are no notes or orders on my account. A manager never called me back. Guess I'm going back across town to my previous office, though I did really like Dr. Moix.

Very, very disappointed with my service on this visit. I waited at the counter when I came in and Amber waited on the person that came in behind me first. I did have to wait for an optometrist and when I saw one she was way less than helpful. I informed her that I had specifically requested a hard shell case when I ordered and paid for my glasses and I was rudely informed several times that I had to take the ones that came with the frames which were cheap and flimsy. Dr. Lannon also did not say anything about how much my vision had changed which was reflected on my prescription. I was outright lied to about the case that came with my glasses and if you pay them so much you would think they could fulfill one small request. I would avoid getting glasses or contacts here.

By far the biggest mistake was moving my services from poplar level (your new location sucks) to Dixie. 6 weeks in, I can’t see out of my lenses, I’ve been 3 times, my prescription was incorrectly adjusted, and now I have to come back for a 2nd prescription adjustment? I got a full refund except for their exam where they incorrectly provided a prescription. I should be refunded all my benefits, I said I would still go to the exam but I want my refund for the lense/frames and I was denied. I’ve been a vision first costumer for 2 decades and Dixie Hwy location is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any eye care place. It literally has taped up machines in the back. UPDATE: took me a week and a half to get three frames online with the same prescription. Meaning, it’s their lenses manufacturer who was messing up my frames. So I would have had to go back for a wasteful appt when they could have figured all this out in the first place. SMH

Been going here for years so happy I’ve chose them as my vision provider staff is very nice work quickly to get you in and out contacts lenses packs last me a whole year! Very clean sanitized place look forward for my next exam.
