Very friendly and friendly towards military. Clean and calming environment. State of the art technology and friendly staff. I felt welcomed and had a good sense leaving. The OD was very kind.
Everyone was kind and professional. Dr Julie Mathew was very nice! She explained everything answered any and all questions. And even gave me a few contact samples to try since they didn’t have any of my usual brand. Have gone to a different eye doctor every year since 2019 when we moved to this area and just never had a connection. Will NOT be changing for my next eye exam. Highly recommend.
Vision first is located inside of the walmart in Highland Village. I called to make an appointment , and there was no wait time. The scheduler set my appointment based on my availability. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet. The office is small but never overcrowded. It is very clean inside. Customer service was very professional and knowledgeable, and so was the optometrist. If you have been looking for an optometrist who will accept your insurance look no more, this will be the place for you
Taking my husband to his appointments were nothing but a quick and easy process. From the door opening everyone was nice and professional amd showed concern. The waiting area is not small so everyone is not close together. The entire visit both appointments were A1.
Had an appointment on Saturday for two kids. Had an amazing experience. Staff was amazing and competent at what their doing. Both my kids got glasses and can't wait for theor next appointment.
