Highly recommend Dr Joy Hansen! I've been a patient for 4 years and I look forward to seeing her every year for my annual exam and contacts visit! Dr Hansen is thorough yet efficient, listens attentively, and is super kind and friendly. She's also helpful and proactive in helping you find the most affordable options--whether it be finding a generic version of a prescription, having the team price out different contact lens options, etc. Dr Hansen is an absolute dream doctor and is the eye doctor you want!

Dr. Hansen and all of the staff here are great and personable! Dr. Hansen took the time to explain my images with me and she was very thorough with my assessment. I would definitely recommend this clinic. The ladies at the front were so sweet!

I came in as a new patient and Dr. Hansen was very welcoming, thorough and made sure to answer any questions I had. Her positivity was contagious and I appreciated her clear explanation for what she observed in my eye exam. I look forward to seeing her again for my next appointment.

Dr. was great and the ladies helping with the glasses as well. Lady that takes the calls keeps rushing to get me off the phone. I received a call to call back and make an appointment to try on my contacts when I called she said I don't need an appointment just show up. I left work early 45 min drive and when I showed up she said no, you need an appointment. Then I said fine give me an appointment she proceeded to tell me okay 4pm on a Monday I asked her are you sure, yes. Then I start getting texts that my appointment is 20 min later than the set time. I call and again she's rude and keeps interrupting and wants to get my off the phone. With that kind of customer service would not recommend, I won't be back 😒.
