​I had a great experience here! My glasses were badly bent, but Viri repaired them perfectly. She was incredibly nice and helpful. High-quality service—5 stars!

Similar experience like couple of folks in the reviews. First they didn’t tell me how much they are going to charge for contact lens fitting. Then I was given expired contacts trials (expired in 2024 and 2025) which are a health hazard. How can a professional optometrist have expired trial On’s for that long. Then during checkout, they were asking me to pay $80 (basically for the expired trial On’s) saying the assistant forgot to tell me about it and I need to pay the amount regardless. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t worthy of recommending them. Rather be careful if you are going for a contact lens fitting.

Adrian is one of the most customer-service-oriented people I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent service. Thank you, Adrian, for such a wonderful experience!

I received excellent quality services from the entire office. Dr. Wen was exceptional and answered all of my questions and explained all of my testing.
