After visiting several optical stores where the customer service was honestly disappointing, I was so happy to finally find this place. Visited location: Southwest location From the moment I walked in, Jessica Romero made me feel welcome. She was kind, incredibly patient, and took her time helping me try on different frames until I found the ones I loved. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions with a smile. I also had my eye exam, and everything was quick, easy, and well organized. They even gave me complimentary contact lens cases and solution, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their prices are also very reasonable. It’s not easy to find people who genuinely care about their customers anymore, and Jessica is definitely one of those people. She made the entire experience enjoyable, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and quality eyewear. 10/10.

I brought a family of four to Optical Illusionz—a father, mother, and their two daughters—and everyone had an outstanding experience. Jessica, Johnny, Crystal, Daniela, and the area manager, Viri, were all exceptional. Jessica was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and did an awesome job making sure everyone found the perfect eyewear. Johnny went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made the entire experience enjoyable. Crystal and Daniela were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. Viri is an outstanding leader who has built a fantastic team. You can tell everyone enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their work. The entire family left completely satisfied with the service they received. Because of this wonderful experience, I'll definitely be bringing my own family, coworkers, and their families to Optical Illusionz.
